Well it certainly is this summer, isn't it? Big summer for Europe with now the football championchips (don't really care), then Wimbledon (care) and then the Olympics (care even more).
I am a firm believer in a little sports a day will keep the doctor away. Since I've been a kid I've been really into it, practicing different kind of sports like tennis, horseback riding, gymnastics, skiing, swimming, ballet and sailing. (I know how did I have time to live).
Now that I'm a student it's just impossible to keep up with all of it, but I try to do some exercice everyday, most of the time go for a run or swimming.
I can live without it, but honestly after three days I need to get it out of my system and do something :p
If you're not a big sporter, I think you should really give it a chance and try it, even if you start with doing 20 crunches a day and 10 minutes of running, I guarantee you feel much much better and fitter (and lose some weight, never bad, is it? :p) I now sound like a stupid motivational coach
If you hate running (boring) or swimming (too wet) you could always try something more 'adventerous' like go sailing or horseback riding, it's not really hard if you are with experienced people/a lazy horse and you'll have so much benefit from being in the nature, trust me!
The newest thing I'm trying is golfing, after a long time insiting by my parents. I always tought it was boring and for old people but in fact I really like it! You really should try it... today!
A girl can't have it all tough, some sports that will never be for me are biking, baskbetball and bowling :)
Now if you need some more motivation just look at these pictures, how gorgeous do they all look while sporting (I know it's not hard in Gucci). Buy yourself a nice outfit (you deserve it) and GO!!!!
What is your favourite sport? And what sport would you never practice?

And don't forget: when you are done sweating call this dude to give you a well deserved massage!

If you didn't win, that sucks don't worry, I'm sure your day will come!
